Enrollment Process

Please submit the completed enrollment packet and the required documents (see below) to the guidance office.  If you have questions please contact the guidance secretary, Karen Bayhurst, at 814-824-4119 or visit the guidance office at Seneca.  

New Student Enrollment – Seneca High School

Documentation needed: 

-         completed enrollment packet – given to you by Seneca High School

-         original birth certificate

-         required, up-to-date immunizations

-         3 different proofs of residency with current Wattsburg School District address – acceptable residency documentation can include any of the following:

o   Current utility bill – (Penelec, Verizon, National Fuel)

o   Deed

o   Lease

o   Property tax bill

o   PENNDOT driver’s license - original

o   PENNDOT vehicle registration - original

o   Copy of State/Federal program enrollment, (examples include, TANF or CHIPS)

o   Current credit card bill

This documentation MUST be submitted before the student can be enrolled.
