Ms. Walker
Hello Wattsburg! My name is Betsy Walker and I am the female Physical Education Teacher at Seneca High School.
History = I am a local girl, grew up in one of our neighboring school districts (Fort Le Boeuf). I remember playing volleyball in the old Seneca gym with the old wooden bleachers... I also remember having a great softball game on the current field, going 5 for 5 with 2 singles, 2 doubles and a triple! Oh the good old days :) I currently reside in Washington Township of Edinboro.
I attended Edinboro University for my undergraduate degree in Health and Physical Education K-12, and graduate/masters degree in Elementary Education K-6. After obtaining my undergraduate degree in the spring of 2004 I was hired in the Penncrest School District at Saegertown Junior Senior High as a physical education permanent substitute for over a year for a teacher on maternity leave. After that experience I subbed day to day in various school districts (mostly Saegertown, Cambridge Springs and Fort Le Boeuf) and then I was asked to be a physical education permanent sub at Cambridge Springs Junior Senior High for another maternity leave. I have been working in the Wattsburg Area School District at Seneca High School since the fall of 2006.
GO CATS!
