Hello and welcome!
My name is Mrs. Smiley and I teach Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade Learning Support. This is my sixth year here at Wattsburg Elementary Center and I am so grateful to be able to do what I love everyday. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early, Elementary, and Special Education at Gannon University. I went back to Gannon to earn my Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction and also my Principal Certification.
