Mandated Reporting

Volunteers should be aware that recent changes to the Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) categorize school volunteers as Mandated Reporters.  Although the law does not require volunteers to be trained, the District strongly encourages all volunteers to complete free online training on the requirements of Mandated Reporting which can be accessed here: Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center.
