Financial Aid and Scholarships

Please click the links below to access scholarships.  Hard copies are available in the guidance office.  Visit the guidance office if you need a transcript or letter of recommendation for a scholarship application.  If requesting a letter of recommendation, please give at least ten days advanced notice.  
 
Some of the scholarships below are provided through the Erie Community Foundation. You can obtain a number of applications by clicking below while others will require you to go to the Erie Community Foundation website to create an acount and apply.  Their webiste is https://www.eriecommunityfoundation.org/
 
 
Apply for these scholarships on their website.
*Due 4/30/24, Must be child/grandchild of a member of Carpenters Local 81
*Due 6/1/24. Seniors with disabilities.
*Due 4/15/24. Applicants must pursue a degree in the healthcare field.
*DUE 4/26/24. Must be attending 2 or 4 year post secondary school and be interested in studying dental, medical or a related field.
*Due 5/2/24. Must be a graduating senior who has been accepted to an accredited college/school.
*Due - Open. Senior who would like to pursue a career or volunteer in the field of emergency medical services in Erie County. Full tuition paid.
Six great options for finding scholarships
*Due 5/3/24. This is a local scholarship. Three $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded to seniors who reside in the WASD. Applications are available at the Seneca High School guidance office or on the district website.
Due 5/15/24. Need based scholarship for seniors who are pursuing a 2yr. qualified program.
*Due - Open. Must have a parent or grandparent working at Polymer Molding, Inc. for a least on year
*DUE 5/21/23. Enrolled in a 2 or 4 yr. accredited college for the 24-25 school yr. majoring in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical engineering, or other construction related fields. Applicants limited to Western PA school districts.
*Due 4/15/24. A youth scholarship for grades 3-12 sponsored by the Presque Isle Audubon Society for. Winning student as well as one adult chaperone will be invited (free of charge) to the Festival of the Birds held on May 17-19 at Presque Isle.
* Deadline - 2/24/24. Available to those seniors who have an account with PSECU.
*Due 5/1/24. This scholarship is for ethnic minority students who reside in Erie County.
*No due date/ongoing Microscholarships provided to students attending participating colleges and universities.
Due: Various dates. This is a scholarship website.
