Wattsburg Area School District has had its schools inspected for asbestos-containing building material. Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Agency Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), an asbestos management plan for each school has been in place since 1988.  These management plans are available for review at the Plant Operations office.
