New for 2010-2011 School Year

 

New this school year we have upgraded the student computers to Windows 7 and Office 2010.  This upgrade was necessary to resolve known issues in Windows Vista.  Beginning mid fall, we will start upgrading the faculty and staff computers to Windows 7.

 

Over the past few months we experienced issues with our File/Print services server.  Since that time we explored other options as newer technologies are available.  In early September, we will be implementing a VMWare solution.  This will virtualize the File/Print services and eliminate the hardware factor.

 

We have also added new staff members to the department.  Tamara Legenzoff joins us from EIT and Matthew Harman joins us from PTI.  Tamara’s office will be in the Elementary Center and Matthew’s will be at the High School.  In addition, Cindy Cass has moved down to the High School to provide second level technical support and application support.  Please see the Contact Directory link above for our contact information.
